Sunday Morning Worship For more information, contact the main office: 302.378.6235
This is the defining ministry event of the week.
The Lord's Supper is observed on the first Sunday of every month. The goal of our worship service is to exalt God according to the pattern of sound worship found in Scripture.
Christian Education- Classes meet on Sunday mornings between the first and second service.
Adult Sunday School
The apostle Paul constantly reminds us through his epistles that, as Christians, we are to 'renew our mind' and seek to be good thelogians by diligilantly and effectively studying the Scriptures. The Adult Sunday School offers different classes throughout the year. You can check our audio archive for downloadable sermons.

Crosswalk Sunday School
As you'll see, Crosswalk is the name of our Youth Ministry. The Crosswalk Sunday School offers a middle-ground education level between the Children's Sunday School and Adult Sunday School. It is designed to help prepare the youth of our church for adulthood and to teach them how to develop their own Christian worldview.

Children's Sunday School
We offer important instruction in God's Word for our children from early childhood. Every Sunday we gather in one room to have a general lesson and then break up by grade to have a separate, more applicable, lesson. There are a lot of young families in our church and we are blessed with an exciting ministry designed soley for the many children in our congregation. In the summer, we host a fun and educational Vacation Bible School that attracts children from all over New Castle County.

You can join the WIC on Wednesday mornings at 9:00a and Thursday evenings at 7:00p. Each year, the ladies of our congregation celebrate Christmas with an enchanting Christ-centered evening of fellowship. Youth Ministry [back to top]
The Crosswalk Student Ministry is for youth in grades 7th-12th. We meet on the first and third Sunday evenings of the month at 6:30p and have at least one special event a month (bowling, concert, ski trip, etc). The first Sunday of the month is our Fellowship Group. We meet at someone's home and have a more intimate time of Bible study and worship. Then, on the third Sunday of the month we have The Gathering at the church. This event is much more like the traditional youth group atmosphere. Both events offer in-depth study of the Scriptures accompanied with music, fellowship, and of course: fun and free food.

While the deacons are in charge of maintaining the congregation and the facilities, the Building Comittee offers future planning and project management of the building. Discussing everything from budgets to blue prints to planting trees to building parking lots, this comittee is devoted to providing our congregation with a detailed outlook on the future of our facilities. Considering the Building Comittee a ministry is easy when you consider how well they take care of the future needs of our church.
