Crossroads has two pastors: Jim Weaver and Josh Guzman.  

Jim Weaver

Jim Weaver has been preaching and teaching at Crossroads since 2000. Jim graduated with a Masters in Theological Studies from Chesapeake Theological Seminary in 1999 and is deeply committed to bringing God's Word to God's people passionately and relevantly. He has been married to his wife, Karen, since 1994 and they have 6 children. Jim has two children by adoption and is a passionate advocate for the orphan. Jim also serves as the chairman of the West Africa Partnership--a strategic partnership between U.S. churches and West Africa churches which exists to plant churches, train leaders, and build relationships in Muslim dominated West Africa.

 

 

 

Josh Guzman

Josh has been ministering at Crossroads for the past decade. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and Reformed Theological Seminary, and has taken post-graduate courses towards a Th.M. Josh is married to his high-school sweetheart Jen, and they have three children: Jack, Ben, and Alexandra. Josh has been active in founding and serving as president of DBI Partnership - a partner organiztion with Delhi Bible Institute in North India. He has visited and taught in India numerous times. He is an avid student of history, a serious bibliophile, and takes his coffee, music and football very seriously.

  

 

Kirk Beshore

Kirk Beshore was hired as a pastoral assistant in 2008. He assists the church through counseling, visitation, and coordinating ministries. Kirk is finishing his degree at Reformed Theological Seminary and pursuing licensure and ordination. Before being called into ministry Kirk worked for 12 years as an engineer. He is married to his wife Joette of 17 years and they have two children–Zach and Kirstie.

 

 

  

 

Andrew Warner

Andrew is a pastoral apprentice and director of youth ministry. He is currently a student at Reformed Theological Seminary, having received his B.A. from Geneva College in 2002. Andrew met his wife Sarah at Geneva College and the two have been married since 2002 and had their first son Evan in 2007. Andrew has been involved with youth ministry since 1999. He has a passion for bringing the serious study of God's word into the halls of the church. Andrew enjoys computers, games of all kinds, playing tennis, watching college basketball, and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles. He thinks LOST is the greatest show ever!
